Apply

Overview

Strategic planning is a technique used to get leaders in an organization to think strategically about its long-term viability. This course will provide students with a detailed understanding of the strategic planning process through the utilization of the strategic change cycle.  While strategic planning sounds rather straightforward, it is never simple to implement any change in any organization.
Furthermore, change, when needed, is further compounded by the need for organizations to adapt to an environment that is changing at an increasing rate over time.
