Business Analysis is the practice of enabling change in an organizational context, by defining needs and recommending solutions that deliver value to stakeholders. Business Analysis plays an important role in project implementation, which involves development and testing. Development includes modeling internal business processes and data flow, identifying critical components that affect system performance, and preparing test plans.

Aim:

This course provides professional development, advancement and recognition opportunities for staff. It demonstrates to customers, competitors, suppliers, staff, and investors that you use industry-standard business analysis that makes your business run effectively. Analytical skills are kind of problem solving skill. This skill incorporates many skills like attention to detail, critical thinking ability, decision making, and researching skills in order to analyze any question or problem and reach a solution. Business analysts typically take the lead role in: Assisting with the business, and managing requirements at the project level can help fulfill business needs.

Course Objectives:

  • This course helps professional to be able to:
  • Analyze how business model are developed and changes in line with the society
  • Define, discuss and analyze companies with background in theoretical understanding of business models and value configurations.
  • Develop your own business model and understand the importance of sustainable business models.
  • Utilize screening, feasibility, and business model tools and be able to conduct an analysis to determine the worthiness of a potential new business idea.
  • Learn to iterate fast and validate the assumptions of the business model by developing hypotheses and tests to finalize the business model canvas.
  • Understand the key components of business plan including the development of an executive summary, industry and market analysis, a marketing strategy and plan, operation plans, product/service development plan and company structure.

Training Methods:

This course is a mixture of lectures, high interaction, group discussions (tutorials). Case studies are used to achieve the objectives of this course and trainees have to learn these topics by themselves in the process of writing problem-based assignments. The self-learning ability of trainees will be fully directed in order to develop the required skills.
